This valuable course is presented in 2 live virtual chat-room style sessions & 1 pre-recorded session.  The live sessions allow for interaction with presenter Lisa Newcomb, as well as other attendees. Each 2-hour session is designed not only for Case Managers, but all supervisory, management level staff that are new to assisted living and would benefit from a comprehensive overview of ACF/ALR or ALP regulations and operations.
