St. John's Meadows is seeking a full time Assisted Living Program Director to guide day-to-day operations of all services provided under the licensed Assisted Living Residence (ALR)/Enhanced Assisted Living Residence (EALR) at the Hawthorne. One to three years work experience in residential care, rehabilitation, social work and/or health care management. Strong leadership and team building skills essential.

Knowledge of Eden Alternative ® and Green House ® philosophies a plus. Must possess a genuine love for Elders and a strong desire and ability to incorporate a resident-centered approach to service delivery.

Qualifications include: Master's degree in Social Work plus one year of related work experience or Bachelor's Degree in human services for dependent adults, health care management, social work or gerontological studies, plus three years of related experience and one year supervisory experience required.
